Valei is a luxury hospitality management and marketing firm using an innovative tech mobile app and offering award winning, high-end residential services on-demand. Valei has been conducting residential services for years, primarily targeting high-end homeowners, exclusive clubs and HOA’s and vacation rental company clients and currently operates in the Coachella Valley of Southern California.

The 2015 Rancho Mirage Award winner for Hospitality Management and Marketing, Valei has been technology infused with a proprietary mobile iOS application that seeks to take advantage of the growing ‘Gig Economy’ business landscape with an emphasis on providing services to high net worth properties. Valei provides services to upper-socio economic clients and properties, offering its clients the most innovative and convenient service platform for managing all of their residential service needs. Service offerings include: Housekeeping, home management, maintenance services, pool, spa and landscape service, bill pay, kitchen services, rental management and marketing, as well as other unique high-end concierge-type services.

This December Valei is launching it’s Valei Events platform which will provide the companies corporate and private clients with world class event management, experiential marketing, destination management and through the new Valei Villas program as part of the companies event services the option for attendees to stay in some of the finest luxury homes in the desert. Each with it’s own complete hospitality platform featuring everything from one of Valei’s private chef’s, concierge, daily housekeeping service and more — everything that you could want by having access to the same services you would find in any luxury hotel in the world today. Valei is also building opportunities that will allow their corporate clients and event sponsors to leverage Valei Events non profit fiscal sponsor, where sponsors/donors will help contribute to support health and education programs for school aged children in the Coachella Valley. This new and innovative approach has again allowed the Valei team to change the dynamics of yet another industry while finding ways to give back and support much needed local children’s programs.

Valei was co-founded by John Thomson, a high-end hospitality expert. John has extensive senior management background in all areas of high-end private service, having managed multiple large/high-end residences. John’s experience in luxury hospitality, residential services and property management solutions, provides the Valei team with an incredible opportunity for growth over traditional operators who are largely constrained by their existing and traditional business models.
